Each year, C4L selects a Guest of Honor who epitomizes courage and a positive spirit-and serves as a role model for other cancer survivors everywhere.
Mr. Manny Lapp is our 2008 Celebration for Life Guest of Honor.
After speaking with him personally, President Miriam Witmer notes, "I have never met anyone like Manny. He is a miracle on so many levels and an excellent Guest of Honor because he epitomizes all that we stand for in Celebration for Life!"

Numerous individuals and businesses have donated to the C4Life effort because they believe in our mission - to help find a cure for cancer and to have fun doing it! We greatly appreciate the hundreds of individuals and business who have so generously given to the cause.
How have individuals, families, and businesses helped in the past?
All individuals and businesses who donate or volunteer will have their names published in the event program and on our website throughout the whole year.
- Donate handmade crafts, artwork, gift baskets, etc. to the auction.
- Ask local businesses to donate items for the auction. We have promotional materials ready for you.
- Invite new people to attend the auction each year.
- Donate restaurant gift certificates or certificates for services or interesting experiences. Be creative!
- Be a sponsor of the event (Click Here).
- Help to promote and sell tickets for the Circle of Hope pendant donated by KNS Fine Jewelry.
- Donate food or beverages to the picnic.
- Make a financial contribution in honor of or in memory of a loved one - Our event program will include a special Honoree and Memorial section.
